The De La Salle University - Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Health Technologies (DLSU-IBEHT) was established to address the need for common service facilities and support on health technologies development, a platform of exchange of information between engineering and medical counterparts, and a capacity building program to capacitate experts needed in biomedical engineering research.
